Summary: The overview of the world and the Ukrainian CRM-system market and a process of their implementation in companies are analyzed and presented in the article. Also, the author analyzed an overview of statistical data of CRM-system implementation in companies and revealed last tendencies of CRM-system market development and an activity of their implementation in Ukrainian companies. the CRM-system market development analysis confirms an existence of the tendencies of CRM-system mobilization and socialization, collaborative information system formation. A role of a customer in these systems becomes more active. This process causes activation of implementation of complex web-oriented CRM-systems in Ukrainian companies. The revealed tendencies enable to make conclusions for necessity of instrument formation for customer behavior modeling, optimization of information flow of relationships with customers in levels of local and web-oriented information systems.
