Summary: In the work a philosophical and methodological analysis of the problem of disciplinary relations in science is carried out, starting with the revolutionary situation of the formation of non-classics and ending with integrative trends in modern post-non-classical science. against the background of the crisis of mechanistic determinism in the science of the 19th century. alternatives to positivist, pragmatic and neo-Kantian approaches to the relationship between philosophical and scientific rationality and determinism are revealed, with a conclusion about probabilistic means of scientific description in the role of an interdisciplinary mediator between them.
