Summary: The section highlights the social, economic and cultural rights and freedoms of the individual as important and integral components of the entire system of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the individual as a whole. It is noted that the issue of human rights today is the most important for domestic and foreign policy of all countries of the world community. The position of the sphere of individual rights, their practical implementation is a criterion by which the level of democratic development of any state and society as a whole is assessed. The author determined that the consolidation of individual rights at the highest state level is an important structural element of the normative regulation of the legal status of man and citizen of any state, and also contributes to the comprehensive development of the individual as a whole.
