Summary: The article considers the main issues of the current stage of stimulating the work of staff at the enterprises of Ukraine. The influence of current conditions of economic situation on labor productivity and the process of motivation of employees of organizations is analyzed. Examples of methods of effective stimulation of work of the personnel at the Ukrainian enterprises are listed. It is established that for domestic enterprises the sources of increasing labor productivity are organizational and economic factors that affect the efficiency of "live" work, complement the material and technical factors and create the preconditions for the realization of personal potential of the employee. It is emphasized that the motivational mechanism, as an important factor in the formation of an effective system of incentives in the process of personnel management, requires constant research of the development process and its structuring and improvement.
